Every engagement starts with a diagnostic. It sets what comes next: the scope, the duration and the team.

    The starting point

    Where every engagement starts, with a scope agreed upfront. Meetings with your key people and a look at your systems, data and processes, then a written, scoped recommendation: what to do, how long it will take, and with which team. Our honest view, useful whether or not we continue together.

  2. Implementation

    A scoped project

    Software to build, a business management system to select and implement, collaboration tools to roll out, Atlas to implement. When the diagnostic justifies it, the project starts with a prototype on your data: we prove the idea before you invest. Its duration is set at the diagnostic, once the scope is known. Deliverable: a system in production, measured against the outcomes set at the start.
