Charles founded Labyrinthe to do three things — custom software, applied AI, and end‑to‑end digital transformation — for a small number of clients. Before Labyrinthe, he held senior engineering and product roles in financial services and built complex platforms for mid‑market clients across North America.

His background blends financial discipline (CFA) with deep software craft. Every engagement starts and ends with him — and most of the work in between, by design.

    Built on Claude Code. Engaged once a project starts. Asks the questions a senior PM would ask and produces a ready‑to‑build PRD — scope, constraints, open questions named — for whoever runs point on the engagement.

    Reviews architectural choices, drafts technical decisions, audits production code in flight. A second pair of eyes that doesn't tire — built to argue back, awake at 2 a.m.
