The principle
No account to create, no marketing database, no tracking cookies, no advertising, and no sale or commercial sharing of personal information. The site is a storefront and a point of contact — it collects only what you choose to write to us.
The contact form
The name, company, email, discipline and message you submit are delivered to the team by email (Microsoft 365), along with the sending IP address (an anti-spam measure), then handled like any professional correspondence. They are not stored in any database of the site.
Job applications
An application file (contact details and CV) is delivered to the team by email and recorded in our internal workspace (Notion) for the duration of the hiring process. You may request its removal at any time.
The conversation with Dolores
Your messages are sent to a language-model provider (Anthropic) for the time it takes to generate the reply. The site keeps no conversation — there is no database. If you ask Dolores to pass a note to the team, that note travels by email, like the form. Avoid writing sensitive information there.
Technical data
The site’s host (Vercel) produces standard technical logs — including the IP address — used for security and rate limiting. The IP address also accompanies each send (form, application, note relayed by Dolores) and is kept with that email. The site adds no advertising tracker on top.
Local storage
Nothing about your browsing is tracked. What stays in your browser: your language preference (local storage, plus a one-year functional cookie — the only cookie the site sets), and a conversation session identifier for Dolores, cleared when the tab closes.
Your rights
Under Québec’s Law 25, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, its correction, or its deletion. Write to info@labyrinthe.ai — the person responsible for the protection of personal information will answer.
