Full-stack developer
Design, build, ship — custom platforms that live in production.
Our team is growing, and we're welcoming a full-stack developer who will take a real place in the studio: design, build, deploy, and maintain the custom platforms that carry our clients' operations. From the data model to the interface, you own front and back — clean code, tests, traces, deployment. When the engagement calls for it, you drop into the AI agents that live inside those flows.
What we look for- Strong full-stack foundation — TypeScript/React + .NET, Node, cloud deployment.
- Comfortable across the whole stack, from data schema to interface: modeling, APIs, front-end state, performance.
- You take quality seriously: tests, code reviews, CI/CD, observability.
- Pragmatic architecture — the right trade-offs, no over-engineering, you ship what matters.
- You work close to the business need: you understand the “why” before the first line.
- Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, M365, Power Platform), bilingual FR/EN, and an eye for detail.
Nice to have- The agentic-AI side, we'll teach you — if you already know some of it, all the better.
- AI agents in production (LangGraph, Microsoft Agent Framework, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen).
- Azure AI Search / AI Foundry — RAG, embeddings, fine-tuning.
- Anthropic tools (Claude, Claude Code), OpenAI, Gemini, or equivalents.

Agentic AI developer
Design, deploy, maintain — agents that live in production.
Our team is growing, and we're welcoming an agentic AI developer who will take a real place in the studio: design, deploy, optimize, and maintain the agents that live at the heart of our operations and our clients' work. Not demos — agents inside real client flows. Evaluations, guardrails, observability, continuous refinement: everything that separates a brilliant pilot from a system you can let run.
What we look for- Hands-on experience building AI agents — orchestration, tool calling, multi-step reasoning (LangGraph, Microsoft Agent Framework, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen).
- Comfortable with Azure AI Foundry / AI Search or equivalent — RAG, embeddings, fine-tuning when warranted.
- You take evaluation seriously: test sets, traces, quality metrics, guardrails.
- Production observability — you instrument agent flows, read traces, and debug the non-deterministic.
- Strong full-stack web foundation — TypeScript/React + .NET, Node: the container that carries the agents.
- Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, M365, Power Platform), bilingual FR/EN, and an eye for detail.
Nice to have- Anthropic tools (Claude, Claude Code, Cowork), OpenAI (ChatGPT, Codex), Gemini, or equivalents.
- Open-source agent frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, etc.).
- LLMOps tooling (LangSmith, Langfuse, Phoenix).
- You follow agentic-AI best practices and know what to do with them in production.
- Integrations and ERP development in mid/large enterprises.
Field developer
Embedded with the client — from diagnosis to a solution that runs.
Our team is growing, and we're welcoming a field developer who will take a real place both in the studio and with our clients — the bridge between a fuzzy business situation and a solution running in production. A morning untangling a real workflow with a client, an afternoon building the solution: you write the specs, quantify the value, demo to leadership, then write the code, instrument the traces, and ship. No wall between strategy and execution — the same person carries both.
What we look for- Experience in both business analysis and development — you've worn both hats, or built software in close partnership with business clients.
- Strong full-stack foundation — TypeScript/React + .NET, Node, cloud deployment.
- You untangle the complex: you ask the right questions, you separate symptom from cause.
- Client presence: you run a discovery workshop, demo to an executive committee, and push on a fuzzy requirement without bruising.
- A sharp pen — a spec here is as polished as a production release.
- Bilingual FR/EN, with an eye for the detail that makes the difference in the field.
Nice to have- The agentic-AI side, we'll teach you — if you already know some of it, all the better.
- A background in accounting, finance, or financial analysis — useful for quantifying value.
