The role.
We're looking for an AI and software project manager to join the studio — the person who holds the thread between our clients and the technical team, from the first meeting to production. You'll own the smooth running of our engagements — planning, follow-up, budget, client relationship — and, when the engagement calls for it, you'll also wear the business-analyst hat upstream. One team, start to finish.
AI is part of how you work: meeting notes drawn from transcripts, progress reports prepared in minutes, automated follow-ups. Less time on paperwork, more time for the client and the team. And no project management "from a distance": you're close to the team and the client, and you watch your work take shape in production. The big plus: a good business-analyst mind. If you can run a discovery workshop, map a process and write functional specifications, your role with us will be broader still.
What you'll do.
- Plan and coordinate the development team's work — timelines, scope, risks, stakeholders.
- Run follow-up meetings and client steering committees; produce progress reports.
- Keep an eye on hours, budgets and invoicing — and see an overrun coming before it lands.
- At the start of an engagement, lead discovery interviews, map the real processes (not the ones drawn on org charts) and write the requirements.
- At delivery, support adoption and make sure the client actually gets the value promised.
- Project management: 3 to 7 years leading IT, digital-transformation or ERP-implementation projects.
- Client relationship: comfortable in front of an executive team, you run a steering committee, you deliver bad news early and clearly, you push on a vague requirement without ruffling feathers.
- Command of AI tools: Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or equivalents are part of your daily work — to write, synthesize, analyze and automate — and you know when not to trust them.
- At ease with numbers: budgets, billable hours, engagement profitability.
- Organization: you run several engagements at once without dropping anything, and you build the structure that's missing rather than putting up with its absence.
- Communication: you listen, you make yourself understood, and you read between the lines. As Peter Drucker put it: "The most important thing in communication is hearing what isn't said."
- Technical curiosity: no need to code, but you want to understand what's under the hood to represent the team well with the client.
- Bilingual FR/EN.
- Business-analysis experience — interviews, process mapping and optimization, requirements gathering, functional specifications.
- Background in accounting, finance or financial analysis — reading a financial statement, modeling a business case, isolating a hidden cost.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Teams, Copilot, Power Platform, Azure DevOps) — often the client's environment.
- Project-management certification (PMP, Scrum, Agile) or Lean / Six Sigma training.
- Relevant education (business administration, project management, finance, computer science…) or equivalent experience — it's the mind and the track record that count.
