The role.
Our team is growing, and we're welcoming a full-stack developer who will take a real place in the studio: design, build, deploy, and maintain the custom platforms that carry our clients' operations. From the data model to the interface, you own front and back — clean code, tests, traces, deployment. When the engagement calls for it, you drop into the AI agents that live inside those flows.
What we're really after is someone who takes ownership. You'll have real latitude: carry a feature end to end, weigh in on architecture decisions, and stay responsible for your code once it's in production. We work close to clients and their operations, so your work shows and matters right away. Succeeding here means shipping solid systems we're proud of and raising the studio's technical bar with us — and, because we also run applied-AI engagements, learning to build agents that live at the heart of those platforms, with the team alongside you.
What you'll do.
- Design and build features end to end — from the data schema to the interface.
- Deploy and maintain in production: CI/CD, observability, fixes, performance.
- Take part in the team's architecture decisions and code reviews.
- Turn a business need into a technical solution, in direct dialogue with the client.
- When the engagement calls for it, weave AI agents into the heart of the application flows.
- Strong full-stack foundation — TypeScript/React + .NET, Node, cloud deployment.
- Comfortable across the whole stack, from data schema to interface: modeling, APIs, front-end state, performance.
- You take quality seriously: tests, code reviews, CI/CD, observability.
- Pragmatic architecture — the right trade-offs, no over-engineering, you ship what matters.
- You work close to the business need: you understand the “why” before the first line.
- Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, M365, Power Platform), bilingual FR/EN, and an eye for detail.
- This position is open to Canadian citizens or permanent residents of Canada.
- The agentic-AI side, we'll teach you — if you already know some of it, all the better.
- AI agents in production (LangGraph, Microsoft Agent Framework, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen).
- Azure AI Search / AI Foundry — RAG, embeddings, fine-tuning.
- Anthropic tools (Claude, Claude Code), OpenAI, Gemini, or equivalents.
- Native or cross-platform mobile (React Native, Flutter, .NET MAUI).
- DevOps and infra-as-code (Docker, Terraform, CI/CD, Azure DevOps), ERP, digital transformation.
