The field behind the data: loading at the pit.

The context

The group regularly produces reports and analyses. Its data lives in several systems: business management, logistics, timesheets, fleet management, accounting, collaboration tools and email.

Where they started

Every report took one person days of compiling. In-depth analyses, such as a supplier’s history across every job site, waited for staff the company didn’t have.

What we built

  • An MCP server, the standard that lets AI agents plug into external systems, connects an AI assistant to every data source in the group, with access managed by role.
  • Two uses: everyday analyses and reports, and deeper analyses. Leadership and analysts received tailored training.
  • Recurring analyses are prepared and automated: project costs, procurement costs, supplier renegotiation files.

The results

  • Significant savings on supplier renegotiations.
  • Reports produced in a fraction of the time.
  • Analyses once out of reach, now routine.
  • Leadership and analysts trained and self-sufficient.
  • Every data source queryable by AI, according to each person’s role.
