In the yard: the fleet ready to roll to the job sites.

The context

To supply its job sites, the group routes a large share of its orders through a central warehouse, then reships them with its own fleet. Orders every day, suppliers everywhere.

Where they started

Order and receiving follow-up ran on email and phone. Visibility stopped when the supplier shipped, and a reception done on site stayed on a paper slip.

What we built

  • An application layer integrated with the existing business management system, tying the whole chain together: requisitions, supplier orders, warehouse receiving, reshipments, transits and receiving on remote job sites.
  • On site, a photo of the packing slip is enough: AI matches it to the purchase order, enters the reception and notifies the right people.
  • At the central warehouse, an AI agent groups incoming orders for reshipment: it knows what is urgent, where each order needs to go and when.
  • The platform tracks the fleet in real time by GPS, and AI follows up with suppliers on open orders on its own.

The results

  • Procurement lead times cut by 40%.
  • Every order traceable, from requisition to on-site reception.
  • A real-time view of everything in transit.
  • Hours of email and phone follow-ups recovered every week.
  • Supplier follow-ups automated; buyers focus on what matters.
