The context
Founded in 2013 in Val-d’Or, Toitures Moses covers the Abitibi region — Val-d’Or, Rouyn-Noranda, Amos — in residential, commercial, institutional and mining roofing. About fifteen employees, hundreds of job sites a year, and BP and Soprema certifications.
The problem
Quotes lived in an Excel file: several days of back-and-forth with the client, site visits and price-list updates before landing on a number. Once the contract was signed, another gap: no view on job-site progress, crew planning done by hand, invoicing lagging long after the work was done — and every quote and every invoice re-keyed by hand into Xero.
What we built
A quoting platform estimators use right at the client’s place, on a tablet: they enter the roof type and the measurements, and the system automatically populates the materials list, labour time, and fixed and miscellaneous costs. The quote comes together in under an hour.
Once a quote is accepted, the work moves into a project-management module: crew planning, daily reports, progress tracking, communication between stakeholders. Invoicing flows from the platform into Xero — no more double entry.
Actual costs from completed jobs feed back into the price lists: every new quote is grounded in what projects really cost. And AI is woven into the workflows — project progress summaries, and importing, validating and allocating work hours.

- Hundreds of quotes and projects a year, run by about fifteen users
- Invoicing that keeps pace with the work, and zero double entry into accounting
- Prices grounded in the actual costs of completed jobs
