What we built
A quoting platform estimators use at the client’s, on a tablet: they enter the roof type and the measurements, and the system fills in the materials list, labour and costs.
Once a quote is accepted, the job moves into a project-management module: crew planning, daily reports, progress tracking. Invoicing flows from the platform into accounting, with no double entry.
Actual costs from completed jobs feed back into the price lists, and AI summarizes progress and validates how hours are allocated.
